Our Story

Ruby Hill Farm was once an old dairy farm established in the 1930's. In the 1970's, the farmer suffered an injury which left him unable to tend to the farm. In a heartfelt decision, the farm was sold to a man named Gene, who had worked on the farm as a young boy. Gene held on to the farm until 2016 when he decided to sell to us, the Romero family.

Rich and Diana Romero met with Gene to understand the beautiful history of this farm. After Rich and Diana shared their visions and dreams of the property, Gene agreed that their ideas were very much like his except time had gotten
ahead of him.

In 2016, Rich and Diana founded Ruby Hill Farm. Named after Diana's mother Ruby Romero. With much love and dedication, we care for this farm and ouranimals.
